* 20 Years self employed within the Building Industry, with experience ranging from most facets
  of Building Work to Specialised Coatings to Concrete Resurfacing to Spray Paving.

Specialising in:- Training the Trainers. All business relating to decorating concrete. Chris is a family man who enjoys Sailing, Motor bikes, Travel, Reading, & supporting Operators.

Mr Scott Davison:-  Australian Operations Manager.

Scotty has a proven successful background, applying and selling our diverse range of services.
* Helped operate his family owned automotive car restoration business in Canada.
* Moved to Australia 1987 and sought an independent business / lifestyle.
* Realised the high demand and high profits available in the concrete resurfacing industry.
* Operated his own successful Spray Pave business, then became a top ranking estimator and now Australian Operations Manager with Spray Pave Australia Pty Ltd.

Scotty is a work-o-holic, who loves custom muscle cars, fishing & supporting our Operators.

Mr Paul Harvey:-  Head Office support services.                                                                              
Paul brings to the team a vast and varied background ranging in trades to academic services:-
* Completed his fitter & turner apprenticeship in the late 80's
* Was involved with administration and security work during the early 90's
* Started his own Film Production Company in the mid 90's
* Became involved with Spray Paving during this mid 90's period and has since
  combined his experience of adminstration with Spray Paving ever since.

Specialising in:- Spray Pave business programmes and application theory.  Paul enjoys everything film/movies, writing scripts, sailing and a CFS volunteer.

Tony is our representative in New Zealand and all things Kiwi.
* A native Kiwi, he has established himself with valuable legal and technical skills.
* Has a background of over 26 years in various forms withint he building industry.
* Carries a broad range of knowledge in all aspects of concrete decoarating.
* Tony's role is to help with a smooth transition for Kiwis into the proven Australian system.

Blake purchased a Spray Pave business at 22 years old, in 2004 and is now an experienced trainer.
* A local South Australian country boy, now a local home-town businessman.
* He has worked many local jobs including the abattoir's and for building contractors.
* He has trained many operators at head office and also on site for their follow-up training.
* Blake offers 1st hand experience and knowledge from hundreds of jobs and thousands of $$$$'s.

Specialising in:- Application systems and a feel for actual current market trends.
Blake is a registered country AFL player. (Sth Aust' Imperial's) Loves footy, fishing and young family.

* Michael offers 1st hand experience and knowledge from hundreds of jobs and happy customers.

Felicity has worked in the financial industry for over 19 years including:-
* 2 Years with a merchant bank.
* 15 Years with a major bank dealing with foreign exchange and money markets.
* 2 Years operating her own independent finance broker firm.
* Travelled extensively around the world in her small amount of spare time.

Specialising in:- Coordinating travel, airfares and accommodation for new operators to training.
Felicity is busy juggling two young boys around bowling, playing the saxophone, gardening and travel.
